Rebound Congestion

 I think I have rebound congestion because I have literally been using nasal spray like twice a day for like the past 3 months T_T Yep, now I am totally paying the price. Have stopped using nasal spray so hopefully everything goes back to normal soon. Been so miserable these past few days because of the withdrawal. So hard to breathe.
