1 Year

Today marks my one year working at Prov woo! I can't believe it has been a year already, time is really flying by. 

It has definitely been a roller coaster. 

The manager who hired me left a month right after I started. It was rough since I was coming in with no healthcare experience and have never worked with healthcare data at all. As the only analyst left on the team, I had to take over all the dashboard and reporting she was responsible for after she left. It was overwhelming. 

Uncertainty on who I was going to report to for a good chunk of time. Finally had some stability for a few months and then found out that she was moving to another position. 

So yeah, having 3 different managers within a year. Definitely not normal and I hope that this won't ever happen to me again hahaha.

Had a bunch of access issues for the first 3-4 months.

Cried once because I felt unappreciated and so crappy because one person at work made me feel that way.

Always feel like I have so much to do at work since I am the only analyst on the team. But overall, I am enjoying the work I do. I actually feel like I am making a difference for once and it's an amazing feeling. I adore my coworkers (except for a select few due to bad experience), they are passionate, smart and so hardworking.

Happy 1 Year to Me :) Looking forward to see what this next year has it store for me. Hoping for a smooth year with more stability on who I report to.
