Life Update #11

Wow, more than half a year since I have done one of these. Way overdue hahaha. Here are some updates that come to mind at the moment since like June of 2022. In no particular order.

• My mom's older sister (my Aunt Ying), her husband (my uncle) and two sons (my cousins) moved from Vietnam to Oregon. They have been living with my parents for like the past 6 months, but are moving to LA next weekend!
  

• Kim and Austin's Joint Bachelor(ette) in Scottsdale, Arizona! We stayed at this huge beautiful mansion. It was such a fun weekend!
  

• Rose and I stayed a few days afterwards in Phoenix, Arizona to visit Caroline. Had a blast as well!
  

• Kim and Austin's wedding at the end of October. Such a beautiful and fun wedding! So happy for them and grateful to be a part of their wedding.
  

• First time taking a hip hop dance class with Karen in like September since college. It was fun, but hard. I am so not coordinated lawls.
  

• Lots of catching up with old friends.
  

• Michelle (Gabe's sister) and David's wedding mid-November.
  

• Multiple work sessions at Keeper Coffee Co with Vanlena. Our favorite cafe at the moment.
  

• I started cutting my own hair again. Lots and lots of layers, just the way I like it since I have such thick hair.
  

• I bought a stepper on Amazon, got inspired by Jenn Im. Such a good purchase since it helps me keep active and it is a good workout.
  

• Started knitting again. I used to knit scarves in like middle school. Currently knitting my first blanket. Progress has been slow but steady.
  

• Work has been stressful. Company has been going through a re-org and it is still ongoing....don't really know what will happen to my team still. Sigh.
  

• My right hand has been hurting for like the past 3 weeks, particularly my thumb. It hurts to bend it, especially in the morning after waking up. Not really sure what is wrong, but hope it goes away soon.
